Who can be a Talent Partner?
Anyone who has access to talent can be a referrer. Here’s how Job Protocol can help for the most common personas that have access to talent:

How it works
Bringing in candidates is easy:
- Go to https://app.jobprotocol.xyz and create an account.
- From there you can click on the role(s) you’re interested in and submit talent as follows:
- Personalized link. Send your personlized link to someone that would be a strong fit for the position.
- Manual input. Fill in the details of a strong candidate who wants to apply for the job. They will have to confirm their interest over email.
- API. You can get an API key and access and contribute to the network through API. Follow these instructions.
- That’s it, you just brought in your.
Here’s what will happen with the candidate that you referred:
- The company will be notified that a new candidate has been submitted. They’ll check their resume and any details you might have left about the candidate in case of a manual referral.
- If they think the candidate is a potential fit, they will advance the candidate to go through their interviewing process. If the company doesn’t think it’s a good match, they’ll reject the candidate. In any case, you’ll be notified whether your candidate entered the interviewing funnel or was rejected.
- If the candidate lands the job, we’ll be notified by the company. We do regular checks with the company as well to stay up to date about what happens with candidates that came through Job Protocol. At this moment, you’ve made your first successful referral! The bounty is paid out over a period of 90 days: you receive 50% of the bounty after 30 days, the next 25% after 60 days and the final 25% after 90 days. If the candidate leaves within the first 90 days, you will not receive the full bounty, as it will be fully or partially refunded to the company according to the rebate schedule.
