We operate the Holly and Hunter products within the HiringAgents.ai platform. All services are provided on HiringAgents.ai.
This Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) outlines how Job Protocol Labs, Ltd. ("Job Protocol," "we," "us," or "our") assesses and justifies the processing of personal data under the legitimate interest basis as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(f).
This assessment ensures that our processing activities:
- Are necessary for achieving our business objectives.

We operate under two distinct approaches when working with candidates:
- Candidates Who Apply & Opt-In: These individuals have explicitly consented to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and voluntarily provide their data.
- Proactive Outreach to Candidates: We identify and contact potential candidates for relevant job opportunities. This personalized outreach is based on legitimate interest, and candidate data is processed accordingly while respecting data protection rights.
