It’s Job Protocol’s mission to better match talent and opportunity. Candidates are people looking for work, that either use Job Protocol to find their next role, or get referred for a job on Job Protocol by a referrer.

There’s three different types of candidates:

• Candidates that are referred by a referrer to a role on Job Protocol (the referrer enters their details into the system).
• Candidates that apply through a personal referral link from a referrer.
• Candidates that apply by themselves for a role on Job Protocol.

<aside> ⚠️ We don’t advertise ourselves towards candidates as it is not our aim to build a brand among candidates or a candidate pool of our own. We target actors with access to talent to rely on them for distribution towards candidates. This is why less than 1% of our candidates are people who apply directly through our platform.
