1. Introduction
We operate the Holly and Hunter products within the HiringAgents.ai platform. All services are provided on HiringAgents.ai.
At Job Protocol Labs Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), we use AI to help our internal recruiters find and engage great candidates for our clients. The EU AI Act sets rules for how AI can be used in recruitment, and since our AI helps with hiring decisions, we follow strict transparency, fairness, and human oversight standards.
This document explains how we ensure compliance with the AI Act while continuing to provide high-quality recruitment services.
2. Key Compliance Measures
2.1 We Operate as an Independent Recruitment Provider
- We are a recruitment company, not just an AI tool. Our internal recruiters use AI to support hiring, but we do not operate AI on behalf of clients.
- The AI Act does not change the fact that recruitment agencies can select candidates—our AI simply helps speed up and improve this process.
2.2 How We Use AI in Hiring
- AI helps prioritize candidates for our internal recruiters, but it never makes final hiring decisions.
- AI helps us focus on the strongest fits for a position—our recruiters review all candidates and have full visibility into the process.
- Candidates always have the option to speak with a human recruiter at any stage.
